It’s been months since this pandemic have started. Ilang months na rin tayong nakaquarantine. You must have been overthinking a lot. Lalo na ngayon we have so much time but I guess you’re using this again to overthink.


Sometimes it’s hard for you to stop your mind and it’s hard to stay happy all the time. Lalo na ngayon na you can’t do a lot of things na mostly yung mga bagay na nakakatulong sayo to stop yourself from sinking in your negative thoughts again. You can’t go out and hangout with your friends as much as you do before. You can’t go to places that used to be the distraction. All these things na you used to do to keep yourself from isolation. It must have been so tough.


Quarantine made us do things like worrying and some crazy stuff. Siguro hindi naman talaga yun maiiwasan we’re human afterall. I know minsan naiisip mo na you’re being too much or you’re being too sensitive to feel and think all the negative things but just know that it is okay to feel that way. It is okay to not be okay all the time! It is okay na minsan hindi tayo makinig sa mga taong pinipilit tayo maging positive all the time. And you’re not obliged to explain yourself everytime you feel all these things.


But I hope you never stop there. It is okay to feel that way but it’s not okay to stay that way. So dahil wala tayo masyadong magawa I decided to do things that will make me happy and make me stop from thinking too much such as
