My Art Inspirations

Art inspiration is very important for me kasi ito yung one of the reason I keep going, I keep doing arts so I wanna share the things that inspire me to create arts.

Memories
Sounds weird? Nah. Actually, ako yung person na sobrang malilimutin kaya naman I always keep memories not only through pictures, through my painting ko kinikeep yung mga memories with all my love ones. I find it very special kasi hindi ko lang siya basta naeenjoy mas napapagana ko pa yung pagiging creative ko since from memory ko lang naman ipini-paint at sobrang sarap balikan ng painting mo knowing na it was from your memories.

Movies
I like movies and I always enjoy watching movies. If you like watching in netflix, I would suggest na panuorin mo yung 13 reason why, Umbrella Academy, Dear ex and The end of f***ing world yan yung mga top favorite series ko and I also like horror movies, drama and documentary type na movies and from that naiinspire ako mag paint depende sa tema ng movie or series. Mostly, drawing lang and sketch pero these days pinaplano ko na ipaint yung mga ideas ko from movies.
Music
Syempre music! Never mawawala ang music lalo kapag wala kong gana or tinatamad ako mag paint today, music keeps me up. Suddenly, ginaganahan ako everytime my favorite songs come. Kaya naman everytime na tinatamad ako mag paint, walang gana or wala kong ideas ang music ang nagsasalba sakin.

Other Artists
It's good to look up on other artists pero never ever mong icompare ang gawa mo sa gawa nila. Use other artist as inspiration kaya always talaga kong nanunuod sa youtube o kaya tumitingin sa instagram ng gawa ng mga ibang artist, it makes me do better. Ang inspiring niya na masasabi mo talaga sa sarili mo na "Someday, I will have my own masterpiece".

I watched a tutorial from youtube and try my own version of it.

Other Opinions
Minsan maganda ding gawing inspiration yung mga opinion ng iba whether it's good or bad kasi from good opinions or compliment mas mamomo-motive ka pang galingan ang mga gawa mo and sa bad opinions naman or criticism mas magandang itake yun as a lesson so sa iba mong paint maapply mo yung criticism na yun and make your art even better.



Sa lahat ng inspiration and motivation para sa akin ang pinaka makaka-inspire at makaka-motivate lang sakin ay ang sarili ko kasi if my self enjoy what I do, surely hindi mauubusan ng motivation and inspiration ang sarili ko. I may not find any motivation and inspiration from all of this someday but one thing for sure, myself will always find it from within.

If you'd ask me what kind of guy I'd marry, teenager me, would probably say someone good looking and nice. If you'd ask me now, I would say someone who cares enough about me to let his ego down. Frankly, I've never been in a relationship but I've met a lot of guys who tried to pursue me. Over the years, I learn a lot about myself especially the kind of guy I prefer. This is super cliche but if I ask you, if you can't have both which do you prefer someone who loves you or someone you love? I was always the "someone you love", for some weird reason I always believe that we are capable of having whatever we want. Since I've always had this mindset I never entertain anyone I don't like and if I do I was never serious or fully committed to it. I don't know why but I just can't help comparing them. Ofcourse, Frustrations

Have you ever liked someone deeply? Like you know you'd do anything for him even though he probably won't do the same for you. You have this genuine care for him and desire to show it to him but you can't because you can't have him. I wish he knew that I was just always here, stupidly hoping to be part of his life. I wish he knew he could have someone he can lean on, he could tell his stories too, he could hug when he needs comfort or I wish he knew I'd hold his hand when life is getting a little too tough, I'd love everything he didn't appreciate about himself, I'd tell him all the reason why I like him or I will only have my eyes on him.  Honestly, I don't know what kind of feeling this is. Sometimes it feels like an obsession because how can I not think of anyone but him on my whole day?
